Welcome to the Loving and Living Center!

We are a psychotherapy clinic, which uses talk therapy to address marital and sexual issues. Our center serves the Triangle Area of North Carolina, with specialties in:

• Women's Sexual Health: desire disorders (not being in the mood), orgasmic disorders (difficulty with either climax or becoming aroused), pain during intercourse, vaginismus, frequency differences, weight and self-image, infidelity aftermath, sexual molestation, depression and libido, and effects of partner's Erectile Dysfunction, early ejaculation, prostate cancer, or other difficulties.
• Couples Therapy: couples needing intimacy, conflict containment, power struggles, approach/avoidance cycles, developing empathy, couple's sex therapy, early- and pre-marital adjustment.
• Women's Individuation: developing her own voice, separation and boundaries, connection versus dependency, developmental life-stage transitions.
